Kimchee Busan Downtown Guesthouse is our brand new and friendly guesthouse near the exciting Seomyeon area in Busan. We are only 1 minute away from Beomnaegol station on Line 1. We have space for over 100 people and so you will be able to meet many travellers from all around the world. Nearby you will find the many attractions of Seomyeon area and Haeundae, the most popular beach area in Busan.
Busan is perfect for exploring the southern part of South Korea as well. By Bus, Train or Airplane you can conveniently reach Daegu, Ulsan or Jeju and the surrounding countryside for trips. We hope to welcome you here soon!

2. Check out time: 12:00(NOON)
3. Cancellation policy:
- 3 days advance notice for free cancellation
- 2 day advance notice will result in a 50% of total amount as a late cancellation fee
- same day cancellation or no-show will result in a 100% of total amount as a late cancellation fee

The only security for the hostel is for the bedrooms, and a code is given to individual guests to enter. There's no checkout process - it is not clear which beds have been used and my concern is for the cleanliness. The female bathroom was always dirty, around the sink area & in the showers.
Staff were unorganised with my booking, and absent during the times they were supposed to be available for check in. I had to call the number for them to return to the property, and not find my booking.

Helpful staff and lovely volunteers from all over the world that will give good food recs and tips to navigate through the city. Close to many restaurants and cafes/convenience stores. I had a private room (double) which was really nice and the bed was firm and comfortable. Hostel was pretty clean, I just wish people did a better job of cleaning up their hair at the sink. Great place to stay and good location for going around the best spots to visit in the city!
