Checked in to one bunk with washed bedding but next bunk still had dirty linens from previous guest. I took bed with clean sheets and left for the day. On my return at 11pm, 2 guests had taken the bunk I was in and I had to go sleep on mattress with dirty linens..that was pretty nasty. Next am went to front desk and they said sorry, here’s some clean sheets..and that was that. Made my bed and picked up 2 bags of pizza boxes, soda cans, other waste. If you don’t mind dirty, this is your pla

Do not stay here if you value even a mediocre level of customer service. The staff absolutely tried to fleece me out of almost $300 dollars , the location is about 40 min outside downtown and that was the least inconvenient part. One of the women in the other dorm had her creaky heavy metal bunk bed entirely fall apart underneath of her while she was asleep; her roommate had to wake her up to make sure she didn't break any part of her neck and body from how severe the fall was. Save yourself!!!!

We were welcomed by two managers who were very friendly and nice. After they showed us our dorm which was dirty, we had to claim several times for our towels and sheets which were also dirty (hairs, yellow brown and black stains). I will not even mention the dirtiness of common spaces (kitchen, TV room etc) and the lack of cutlery. In addition to this lack of cleanliness, we did not feel safe at all, we left after only one night. DO NOT BOOK HERE, we do not recommend at all.
