Art factory took 31.75 usd out of my account as a deposit. I could not attend due to the Argentina travel ban. I emailed them regularly to ask for my money back, but despite them saying they had refunded me I have not received the money.

Cool hostel and good value for money, although the place is falling apart, all the faucets, shower heads and cisterns are kinda loose, needs more maintenance.

Only stayed for two nights and was quiet happy with this.
In general a place with much potential and a lot of space. But everything is a bit worn down and not in a very nice condition. My dorm had only a tiny window and felt quiet damp.
Some people were having a good time there, but I didn‘t like the anonymous atmosphere. Maybe just bad timing.
Staff tried their best and were friendly.
