Manor House was created when a 1920's early colonial New Zealand home was converted for use as budget accommodation. The hostel has rooms to suit everyone, we welcome travelers and we can cater for large groups.

Fantastic staff thank you so much. Our room was good the bed was comfortable thank you. No noise to mention and an easy walk to CBD.

My friend and I stayed here for one night while we were passing through Dunedin. The building has a lot of charm and the staff were very friendly. The facilities were fine too - not luxurious but clean and for such a cheap stay they were in line with what I’d expect. Would thoroughly recommend

Great, chill, relaxing atmosphere with friendly people and staff, and comfy beds. They have hundreds of movie selections so at night we could chill. Note...bring earplugs for snorers, have fast showers early morning, late night or else freezing water for everyone else as there is limited hot water. Make sure your food is well packaged and sealed. it's about a 20 minute walk from intercity. Not too far from all major grocery stores. And close to town belt.
