Staff were lovely and the location was great!
It’s quite quiet generally which I like anyway.
The only thing was that in the room I stayed in (4-bed sharing) there was no bin, however the lady kindly took any rubbish for me.

it's an okay place at a beautiful location. that being said, if you should encounter any issues don't expect any customer service, the owner Mark handled my complaint by interrupting constantly with accusations and condescending remarks. I had been locked out the front gate for more than 30 minutes with all my belongings at check in, and later at night I was locked out the second gate for more than 2 hours. No apology, only insults. in my many months of travel I've never been treated as poorly.
