It is a pleasure to welcome you to SHIMIZUYA RYOKAN.Our ryokanhas over a 160 years of history. We are located in the center of town , just a few minutes walk from the Zenkoji temple(the main sttraction in town),and a 20 minutes walk from the JR Nagano station. From Nagano station,you can take a taxi(5minutes),or abus for 100 yen a person. We have single rooms ,souble rooms,and rooms for 3 and 4 persons too. Regardless of the type of room you are staying, the price in always the same per person.Not per room.

The facilities were great, the atmosphere was really nice and cozy, like you are sleeping over at someone's house, and the staff is friendly. However, upon checkout the price we were asked to pay was double the amount quoted on Hostelworld, so watch out for that.
