O que há em nosso vídeo sobre SingapuraImprimir

In our video postcard of Singapore we take you around the city for a glimpse at some of the top things to see and do while you're here. These include a number of attractions like:

  • City Hall: One of Singapore's best-known and imposing buildings, located across from 'The Pedang'
  • Litte India: By far Singapore's most colourful, interesting and vibrant neighbourhood
  • the 'MRT': This is Singapore's underground rail network and is efficient and easy to manage. There are stops located all over the city.
  • Sentosa Island: Sentosa Island is where you will find lots of attractions and walks
  • The 'Esplanades on the Bay' theatres: These venues play host to a number of concerts and shows. The buildings are very unique and offer lot of interesting photo opportunities.
  • Lian Seah St: Located just off Beach Road in Downtown Singapore, this street is full of restaurants
  • The 'Merlion'statue - Merlion Park: One of five Merlion statues around Singapore, this is the original one. The half-lion half-fish mythical creature is used as a mascot of the city state.
  • A city of shopping malls: If you're one who likes to shop you will have no trouble finding places to do it. There are shopping centres all over the city.
  • Chinatown: Chinatown is great for shopping. If you're looking for discounted clothes, this is where to go. You'll find lots of restaurants here also.
  • Sri Mariamman Temple: Located in Chintown, this is Singapore's oldest Hindu temple.
  • Hawker Centres: Dotted all over Singpaore are 'hawker centres'. Similar to 'food courts' that you find in the Western part of the world, you can choose from all types of cuisines here. Food is also extremely cheap in them.
  • The Singapore Flyer: This is the 'largest observation wheel in the world'.
  • Singapore's skyline after dark: The best place to get a good shot of the skyline at night is at the bridge between Boat and Clark Quays.
  • Orchard St: Unquestionably Singapore's most famous road, this is another great place to engage in some retail therapy
  • Boaty Quay and Clark Quay: These two quays are well-known for their bars and restaurants
  • Raffles Hotel and The Long Bar: One of Singapore's best-known attractions is Raffles Hotel. Here you will find 'The Long Bar' where the famous 'Singapore Sling' cocktail was invented.
