Being small, it's not staffed all the time, need to be very specific about arrival time to have someone there. A comment about that on their site would have helped. Chandra was very helpful, and I was happy with my time there.

A bit difficult to find (just a small name beside the door buzzer) for those not used to Rome and how there are several hotels/hostels to a building. A bigger sign/name, or more info on the web site would help

Great place, and i was happy with it, except the mattress was very stiff & uncomfortable and i didn't get good sleep. And a usggestion, water from wet shower doors drips onto the floor, need to have floor towels/mats

As good as any hostel i have used in many countries, and a great building to be in. The staff were especilayy very helpful and friendly, and i appreciated getting 2 pillows The only thing that could be improved is the mattress, foam ones get a rut in them after a while and i felt i was rolling into the middle during the night. Many international hostels use foam, but the hostels in Wellington and Rotorua used a conventional mattress, so it is possible.

A fridge in the room was great, could do to also have securable lockers. Better than average bathrooms, lots of space.

Clean, quiet, close to tthe centre of town, and the guy who runs it was incredibly helpful and friendly. The bed was pretty good and i slept well. I found it relaxing to stay there.

As good as, or better than the best in London & Paris, and cheaper. Great value for money. And importantly, the shared bathroom was clean and the cubicles adequately sized. An oil column heater was provided in the room, essential for Melbourne in winter. Although on a main road, noise wasn't a problem, and the bed was comfy enough, just the pillow was thin, had to double it over.
