We are located in the heart of South Kensington, directly opposite the Natural History Museum. Our TOP position makes us the ideal starting point for exploring the city. The Science Museum, Hyde Park and the famous department store Harrods are just a few minutes' walk away. If you want to go further afield, South Kensington and Gloucester Road tube stations are close by, giving you fast, comfortable, direct connections to attractions such as Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, Notting Hill or Covent Garden.

We have masses of British charm, as our hostel is in the historic Baden Powell House, named after the founder of the Scouting Movement. After a tiring day's sightseeing you can put your feet up in our spacious, comfortable lobby, surf the internet or go to the bar and chat with other guests from all over the world. Here we can offer you cider and small snacks such as sandwiches, muffins and cookies, just what's needed to set you up for your next round of activities.

You can sleep in single, double, shared or dormitory accommodation. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower and toilet, and all rooms except the dormitories have a TV. You can leave your bedding at home as we include it in the price.

Wir benötigen eine Vorauszahlung in Höhe des gesamten Buchungsbetrages (per Überweisung oder Kreditkartenzahlung) um Ihre Buchung garantieren zu können. Bitte beachten Sie das wir Ihre Kreditkarte 20 Tage vor Anreise mit dem Gesamtbetrag belasten werden.

Gruppenbuchungen ab 12 Personen
1.2. Gruppenbuchungen ab 12 Personen: Für den Gast bzw. die vermittelnde Person / Organisation gilt eine Stornierungsfrist von 60 Tagen. Diese Frist gilt auch, wenn der Vertrag innerhalb dieser Frist abgeschlossen wurde. Bei Stornierung innerhalb dieser Frist ist der Gast verpflichtet, Stornierungsgebühren nach folgender Maßgabe zu zahlen:

a) 59 bis 30 Tage vor Ankunft sind 30 Prozent des vereinbarten gesamten Buchungsbetrages zu zahlen.
b) 29 bis 10 Tage vor Ankunft sind 50 Prozent des vereinbarten gesamten Buchungsbetrages zu zahlen.
c) 9 bis 1 Tag(e) vor Ankunft sind 90 Prozent des vereinbarten gesamten Buchungsbetrages zu zahlen.
d) Bei einer Stornierung am Ankunftstag oder einer Nichtanreise werden 100 Prozent des vereinbarten gesamten Buchungsbetrages berechnet. Wenn innerhalb dieser Frist eine Minderung der Personenzahl um mindestens zehn Prozent eintritt, gelten die o.g. Stornierungsgebühren, weniger als zehn Prozent können bis 1 Tag vor Ankunft kostenfrei storniert werden.

1.3. Gebuchte Verpflegungsleistungen können bis 8 Tage vor Anreise kostenfrei storniert werden. Danach wird eine Stornierungsgebühr in Höhe von 100 Prozent des vereinbarten gesamten Buchungsbetrages berechnet.
